Florence, KY Moving Services
House and Townhome Moves
Our residential moving service covers everything from a townhome to a four-bedroom house in a newer subdivision. We pad and wrap furniture, take apart beds and tables, and set them back up in the right rooms. Local moves run $95 to $110 per mover per hour, plus a one-hour travel charge.
Apartment Moves
About four in ten homes in Florence are rented, according to the Census Bureau, so many Florence moves start or end at an apartment. An apartment move is billed by the hour like any local move. Tell us the floor, whether there is an elevator and how far the truck parks from your door, and the estimate will reflect it.
Loading Help for Rental Trucks
Driving the truck yourself? Our moving labor service sends movers to load your rental truck or portable container in Florence, or unload it at your new home, so you drive and we lift.
Moving and Storage
When your move-out and move-in dates don’t line up, we pick up your things, keep them in climate-controlled storage units for a few weeks or a few months, and deliver once the new place is ready. You never haul boxes to a storage unit yourself.
Long-Distance Moves From Florence
Moving out of Kentucky? Our long-distance movers price your move with a binding estimate based on your inventory and the miles, and interstate moves come with guaranteed pickup and delivery dates.

What Shapes a Florence Move
New Subdivisions and Builder Closings
Florence is the largest city in Boone County, and builders are still adding communities here and in neighboring Union, the county’s fastest-growing city. New-construction closings can slip by days or weeks. If yours does, we can hold your furniture in storage and deliver on the day you get the keys, instead of rebooking the whole move.
Apartment Complexes and Lease Ends
The last days of the month are our busiest, so book early if your lease ends then. Ask your leasing office about move-in hours and where a moving truck may park before moving day.
Licensing and Coverage for Florence Moves
