Most impressive was their 100% willingness to be flexible. They quickly provided quotes for both moving all of my household belongings as well as for moving only a few large items. I was able to move most of my belongings with friends, so I selected Robinson Relocations to move the heavier items. After they arrived at my residence to help me, I was able to literally point to items for them to move until I was satisfied. In the end, they moved twice the items at about two-thirds of the cost that I anticipated! They were truly back-savers! We used Robinson Relocations for our recent move. They were a fantastic company to work with. They had great availability. They gave me a narrow window that they would show up (9:00 AM - 10:00 AM) and showed up on time. Which is much better than some other moving companies in the area (for example: a window of 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and showing up in the middle of the night). On moving day, the movers were professional and quick. They took care of our items. Any items that were damaged they were quick to resolve the issue and replace with no problems. Would definitely use them again.

Two men showed up at the scheduled time. They were friendly but all about getting the job done. Couldn’t have been more pleased. They obviously knew what they were doing and were very good at it. He provided me with comprehensive information and clear vision of the process and answered all of my questions. I had an excellent experience with Robinson Relocations. I spoke with Jared often, who was professional and polite. I rescheduled my move date several times throughout January due to unforeseen circumstances and it was a breeze to do so. Additionally, just the day before the move I had notified Jared that the number of items that we planned to move had decreased so he was able to adjust the number of guys we had to help us the following morning.We were told that our movers would arrive between 9:00am-10:00am, but Chris and James R. showed up around 8:45am. We were very pleased. Nobody has come close to the level of service and diligence as Robinson, especially for the price! I will never use any other moving company again and cannot recommend them enough. I received a flier in the mail from Robinson Relocations and gave them a call to get information about moving from our existing house to our new condo. I called a couple of companies to get a quote and was most satisfied with the professionalism from Robinson Relocations. Talking to Brian on the phone he had me give him an exact inventory of items to be moved and provided me a quote from that. I accepted their quote and set up a move in date. When Andy and Steve showed up on move in date in their newer and very clean truck, I knew I had made the correct choice. Upon arrival, Andy and Steve went quickly to work and did not stop until they had everything loaded on the truck. But what impressed me even more was the care they took to wrap and secure our furniture before they carefully loaded it on the truck. Once they arrived at our condo they went straight to work. We had one flight of stairs to go up and they carried everything up and placed all the items where I requested. The new condo was just painted and had all new flooring put in and they showed care in moving everything. And again, they didn’t stop until everything was moved. When Andy and James W. showed up the day of the move we didn’t know what to expect. They were in time with a beautiful looking, useful truck. They courteously identified themselves and and told us how the move would go. We did a quick inventory of the house and then they got to work. We were so impressed with the skill and professionalism they displayed. They were very careful with all items from the old house to the new house. I couldn’t believe how quick and efficient they were…that’s hard, heavy work! Today, Andy, Steve, and Brenden helped move my girlfriend’s furniture to two separate locations. My girlfriend and I both agreed this was the most professional, well-prepared, and fastest move of this size that we’ve ever had. First review: These guys were awesome. Big thanks first of all to Jared for following up with me about the amount of stuff I needed to move so we were able to determine the number of movers to send and make the job go smoothly. They were nice and upfront with costs when I reached out for an estimate and were ready to answer my questions. On the day of, these guys all showed up ready to work, were very friendly, and had great attitudes. They didn't waste time and were quick without sacrificing care for my stuff. Recommend them 100% and will be keeping them in mind if and when I look to move again.Second review: I used these guys again for a long distance move from Cincinnati to Georgia and they were once again a great company to work with. They were on time and had great attitudes which is always a huge plus when you're dealing with the stress of a move. Glad to have had two positive moving experiences with these guys.

Robinson relocation assisted in my move last week. They were very polite and courteous. They went above and beyond on service including providing boxes when I still had a few items left and taking care of some of my family possessions. I would use them next time I move!!!

Without a doubt the best moving experience I’ve had (and I’ve had 11). My movers arrived on time and were prompt and careful. They were all SO nice and made sure that they took care of my things and got everything loaded and unloaded in the right spots. It was such a quick move and the price was incredibly reasonable too. Thank you for the professional and prompt response. Needed help unloading my 15-footer UHaul. Robinson Relocations sent a two-man team - Mike and Lee. They were professional, on time, polite, and careful. I even asked them to teach me how to deal with a rachet tie-down (which they obliged genuinely). I recommend them highly if you care about your goods and even mentioned the company to my apartment management team to recommend to other tenants.
