The earlier you can, the better. We offer guaranteed pickup & delivery dates for all inter-state moves. It’s a good idea to contact us four to six weeks prior, if possible. The more lead time you can give us, the more likely we will be able to meet your preferred delivery schedule.
If you decide to move with us, a move coordinator will be assigned to you immediately to help you select services (if needed) and can answer any questions you may have throughout the entire process.

As soon as you contact us with your details, we will evaluate your moving needs. We offer over-the-phone or in-person estimates for all local moves and in-person or virtual estimates for interstate moves. Then our dedicated moving coordinator team will determine the approximate cost based on the number of items you are moving and their weight and give you a written estimate for the service. An accurate estimate cannot be calculated without a virtual or in-person survey of the items to be moved. Both over-the-phone and in-person estimates are totally free of charge.

A binding estimate is an estimate for your move, based on the services and other information listed on the quote document. We provide both binding and hourly estimates, typically any inter-state move is a binding estimate. If you ask for additional services, such as additional storage or a change in your delivery address, you need to pay for those services, along with the original quoted amount, prior to delivery. We do require a deposit to secure your move, the deposit amount depends on if it’s a local or interstate move. But we won’t charge the card for the full amount until the delivery is complete. At any time, if you have any questions, please reach out to us at 513-302-2222.
We accept all forms of payments including all major credit cards (American Express® Card, Discover® Card, Visa®, and MasterCard®) on local moves. We require the remaining balance on all inter-state moves to be paid by credit card, certified check, or cashier’s check. Please note that all credit card transactions will incur a 3% convenience fee.
