They are professional.! I recently moved from Cincinnati to Memphis TN. They did a great job with packing my furniture & safely moving to destination. The packing & moving cost was fair & quite reasonable. They quoted me within my budget & it was almost 10% less than what their other competitors quoted. They were able to deliver within 3 days.! Charlie, shamone, Andy, and Zach did amazing with the move. They sent one more guy than expected and put while move was done quickly and way below the price we quoted. Nothing was broken and they were careful to wrap anything we asked for and we're very careful while moving things into the new house. When should I call to schedule my move?

The earlier you can, the better. We offer guaranteed pickup & delivery dates for all inter-state moves. It’s a good idea to contact us four to six weeks prior, if possible. The more lead time you can give us, the more likely we will be able to meet your preferred delivery schedule. If you decide to move with us, a move coordinator will be assigned to you immediately to help you select services (if needed) and can answer any questions you may have throughout the entire process. Do I need an estimate?

As soon as you contact us with your details, we will evaluate your moving needs. We offer over-the-phone or in-person estimates for all local moves and in-person or virtual estimates for interstate moves. Then our dedicated moving coordinator team will determine the approximate cost based on the number of items you are moving and their weight and give you a written estimate for the service. An accurate estimate cannot be calculated without a virtual or in-person survey of the items to be moved. Both over-the-phone and in-person estimates are totally free of charge. What is a binding estimate? Do you provide hourly or binding estimates?

A binding estimate is an estimate for your move, based on the services and other information listed on the quote document. We provide both binding and hourly estimates, typically any inter-state move is a binding estimate. If you ask for additional services, such as additional storage or a change in your delivery address, you need to pay for those services, along with the original quoted amount, prior to delivery. Do I have to deposit to book a move?

We do require a deposit to secure your move, the deposit amount depends on if it’s a local or interstate move. But we won’t charge the card for the full amount until the delivery is complete. At any time, if you have any questions, please reach out to us at 513-302-2222.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all forms of payments including all major credit cards (American Express® Card, Discover® Card, Visa®, and MasterCard®) on local moves. We require the remaining balance on all inter-state moves to be paid by credit card, certified check, or cashier’s check. Please note that all credit card transactions will incur a 3% convenience fee.
