The Robinson Relocation team did an excellent job on our move from KY to SC. Had to move within 4 days before end of the month. Contacted Robinson through recommendation of family member. They responded promptly to my call. Had me scheduled and moved with 1 day to spare. Best mover we have ever used! The crew who did the packing of our storage pods, and the crew who unpacked all did a great job - very careful with everything, assembled our furniture, cleaned up all the packing materials, and even put coverings on our new carpet to protect it from getting dirty (it was a rainy, muddy day).Both crews were very aware of the time spent on each job and were efficient in order to minimize our hourly costs - overall, a great value and a great experience! I never write reviews, but Robinson Relocations was so extremely helpful and cooperative during my local move that they deserve an acclamation! Most impressive was their 100% willingness to be flexible. They quickly provided quotes for both moving all of my household belongings as well as for moving only a few large items. I was able to move most of my belongings with friends, so I selected Robinson Relocations to move the heavier items. After they arrived at my residence to help me, I was able to literally point to items for them to move until I was satisfied. In the end, they moved twice the items at about two-thirds of the cost that I anticipated! They were truly back-savers! I highly recommend them with no hesitation whatsoever!A special call-out for my specific team of Chad and Chris. They were fearless, moving my heaviest objects quickly but with an abundance of care. We used Robinson Relocations for our recent move. They were a fantastic company to work with. They had great availability. They gave me a narrow window that they would show up (9:00 AM - 10:00 AM) and showed up on time. Which is much better than some other moving companies in the area (for example: a window of 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and showing up in the middle of the night). On moving day, the movers were professional and quick. They took care of our items. Any items that were damaged they were quick to resolve the issue and replace with no problems. Would definitely use them again.

They were amazing! Very nice and respectful! They were in and out and took very good care of our belongings! They stored it overnight and came bright and early the next morning so we would be able to set up our new home in a fashionable manner. Two men showed up at the scheduled time. They were friendly but all about getting the job done. Couldn’t have been more pleased. They obviously knew what they were doing and were very good at it. We hired Robinson Relocations to unload a 28 foot moving trailer. I can not say enough good things about them. Andy, James (R?) and James W. are very hard working, courteous movers. I can't say enough positive words about my experience with this moving company. From my initial phone call (Brian), I was met with professionalism, patience, expertise and reassurance. He provided me with comprehensive information and clear vision of the process and answered all of my questions. Brian also provided me with a detailed understanding of my estimated charges.I was contacted the day before my move, as promised, to review timeframe and process, and answer any additional questions. The morning of my moving day, I received a phone call from the moving team, as promised, to alert me of their arrival time, which was spot-on prompt!The crew that arrived (Chris, Mike, Andy) was friendly and professional. I had an excellent experience with Robinson Relocations. I spoke with Jared often, who was professional and polite. I rescheduled my move date several times throughout January due to unforeseen circumstances and it was a breeze to do so. Additionally, just the day before the move I had notified Jared that the number of items that we planned to move had decreased so he was able to adjust the number of guys we had to help us the following morning.We were told that our movers would arrive between 9:00am-10:00am, but Chris and James R. showed up around 8:45am. We were very pleased. They both were kind, efficient, and before they took off, they made sure we did not need additional help moving anything else.Thanks for all the help, we will be sure to use Robinson Relocations for our next move (but hopefully that won’t be for a long time!)

I’ve moved 9 times in the last 6 years and have used a variety of different companies over that time. Nobody has come close to the level of service and diligence as Robinson, especially for the price! I will never use any other moving company again and cannot recommend them enough. I received a flier in the mail from Robinson Relocations and gave them a call to get information about moving from our existing house to our new condo. I called a couple of companies to get a quote and was most satisfied with the professionalism from Robinson Relocations. Talking to Brian on the phone he had me give him an exact inventory of items to be moved and provided me a quote from that. I accepted their quote and set up a move in date. When Andy and Steve showed up on move in date in their newer and very clean truck, I knew I had made the correct choice. Upon arrival, Andy and Steve went quickly to work and did not stop until they had everything loaded on the truck. But what impressed me even more was the care they took to wrap and secure our furniture before they carefully loaded it on the truck. Once they arrived at our condo they went straight to work. We had one flight of stairs to go up and they carried everything up and placed all the items where I requested. The new condo was just painted and had all new flooring put in and they showed care in moving everything. And again, they didn’t stop until everything was moved. We gave them a try and from start to finish it was an excellent experience! Everyone was courteous, professional and upfront with what to expect. The quote was very affordable. When Andy and James W. showed up the day of the move we didn’t know what to expect. They were in time with a beautiful looking, useful truck. They courteously identified themselves and and told us how the move would go. We did a quick inventory of the house and then they got to work. We were so impressed with the skill and professionalism they displayed. They were very careful with all items from the old house to the new house. I couldn’t believe how quick and efficient they were…that’s hard, heavy work! Robinson Relocations was used to move some family heirlooms from Cincinnati to my home in Indiana (2 hours away). Chris, the foreman, was incredibly conscious of the sentimental value of these items. Used Robinson Relocations to move in October of 2023. They were responsive and the quote for the move was reasonable and exactly right. (I reached out to two competitors: one was a similar quote, one more expensive). The day of they had everything they needed and more for the move. The wrapped the furniture well and worked hard and fast. Andy and James were awesome, I would use them again and recommend them to anyone.

The earlier you can, the better. We offer guaranteed pickup & delivery dates for all inter-state moves. It’s a good idea to contact us four to six weeks prior, if possible. The more lead time you can give us, the more likely we will be able to meet your preferred delivery schedule.
If you decide to move with us, a move coordinator will be assigned to you immediately to help you select services (if needed) and can answer any questions you may have throughout the entire process.

As soon as you contact us with your details, we will evaluate your moving needs. We offer over-the-phone or in-person estimates for all local moves and in-person or virtual estimates for interstate moves. Then our dedicated moving coordinator team will determine the approximate cost based on the number of items you are moving and their weight and give you a written estimate for the service. An accurate estimate cannot be calculated without a virtual or in-person survey of the items to be moved. Both over-the-phone and in-person estimates are totally free of charge.

A binding estimate is an estimate for your move, based on the services and other information listed on the quote document. We provide both binding and hourly estimates, typically any inter-state move is a binding estimate. If you ask for additional services, such as additional storage or a change in your delivery address, you need to pay for those services, along with the original quoted amount, prior to delivery. We accept all forms of payments including all major credit cards (American Express® Card, Discover® Card, Visa®, and MasterCard®) on local moves. We require the remaining balance on all inter-state moves to be paid by credit card, certified check, or cashier’s check. Please note that all credit card transactions will incur a 3% convenience fee.
