My experience with Robinson Relocation was truly fantastic. Moving is my least favorite thing to do and they made it an absolute breeze. We used Robinson Relocations for a cross town move in Cincinnati. Prior to moving day, I provided an extensive inventory through their website, and included 60 boxes to be moved. I was quoted three men, one truck, and 9 hours of time. Come moving day, the three movers showed up in truck and began loading. They were very kind and made me feel like my move was going to be handled with the utmost care. However, they loaded furniture, and 5 totes into the truck and closed it up to take it to the new house. Upon unloading the truck they put items in their appropriate places, said nothing about the rest of the items at the original house that needed to be moved, and left after 4 hours. I appreciate that as we did not use the full time, I was not charged the full estimated price, however I was and am very frustrated that I paid a significant amount, only to have half of my things moved. My family and I then spent the entirety of the weekend making trips to and from the old house to the new one, finally renting a uhaul and finishing the move ourselves. The worst part of all of this is that when going through the pile of items they stacked in our basement, we discovered that they had broken a piece of furniture and hidden it in a corner of the basement underneath several things. Now I am fairly reasonable and I understand that it is inevitable for something to break during a move. The fact that it is broken is no issue, my issue comes from the fact that it was swept into a corner, and hidden from us for us to find out at a later date. On top of all of that, I reached out to the company via their customer service email, explaining to them what happened, not asking of any money returned, but honestly to even get an apology and I have received no answer at all. If it were not for these last couple things, I probably would’ve recommended the company to other people I know that are moving, but I would not want my experience to be someone else’s.

From the beginning of getting an estimate to the final move-in, the process went very smoothly. Jared, one of the owners checked in several times during the moving process. Chris and his crew, Andy, Steve and Mike arrived exactly on time and starting moving items out of the house. All of the guys were very nice, courteous and professional. They did a great job in record time. Chris made the trek from OH to PA and arrived at my new home when he promised. He used a local crew who were very nice and efficient as well. They were also done extremely quickly and safely. If I ever move again I would call Robinson. My friend who was helping me is considering a long distance and she will call Robinson.

Mike and Steve did a really great job with my move from an apartment to a house. They wrapped everything well, carried it down and up stairs on both ends of the move, and were very friendly and helpful. They helped to unhook my washer and dryer and also disassembled and reassembled my bed. The whole move took only 3 hours and the total came in lower than initially quoted. Definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful move yesterday - a local move of about 20 mins from one area of Cincinnati to another. (One 3 storey house to another 3 storey house). I had been very worried because of the snowy conditions but everything went so well. Andy, Mike, and Shamone were fast and efficient - we were done on time even with the dreadful weather, and for every problem they had (fridge too wide for the stairs, slippery driveway, etc) they had a solution (took the door off the fridge, shoveled the snow from the driveway, etc) and they didn’t need to ask us anything at all. They went above and beyond for us with no fuss. Thank you very, very much. I would use Robinson Relocations again and again.

My wife and I were moving from OH to LA and needed long distance movers. The quotes I got from movers were all over the place in price as well as all over the place when it came to an “unload” date. One company was cheaper but couldn’t guarantee a delivery date which meant we’d be living in a house with no items for possibly a week or longer. Jared and his team came to the house, gave me a very fair estimate for the move and guaranteed a next day unload after pickup. Needless to say, he’s a man of his word. Yesterday morning his team was at the house to pick up our possessions, packaged our furniture and fragile items securely and were on the road. Today, 12/2 when we woke up at 7AM for the first time in our new house in LA within a few minutes the Robinson Relocations truck was out front and ready to unload our stuff. Had a great experience moving with this company. I started the quote online at 8or9pm on a Saturday night and received a call to confirm the details of the quote before I’d even finished the estimate. Unfortunately I don’t have the name of the guy that I spoke with that night but he was very upfront about quote expectations and willing to answer any questions I had to make sure that the quote was as close to the final cost as possible (it ended up being a little cheaper than the original quote). The moving team (Shamont, Steven, Charles) was friendly, professional and moved with urgency despite moving from a 3rd floor apartment. Great value for the price paid and would highly recommend and definitely use them again!

*Update: I moved back to Ohio from Florida and I used their Tampa services again. I tried to leave another review but was unable to. I would give them a million stars if I could. Brian and his team in Tampa are so awesome. They moved all my things safely, efficiently, timely, and towed my car also. They kept constant communication and made the move back to Ohio as easy as possible. It was one less thing I had to stress about because I knew they would get the job done! I still recommend them for any move, for anyone, for any amount of things. Their prices are VERY fair, and they made it work with the amount I had. The three gentlemen that came to our house to move us were very nice. Unfortunately a number of my items were damaged or broken. My queen Ann chair; sidebar was completely broke/ busted off. No one told me this! Items that I had paid to have moved were not. The bill was double what I had been quoted.What they charged seemed to be more in line with what I thought the price would’ve been. But it was not a pleasant surprise. I will not be recommending them.

After shopping around for several moving companies in the Cincinnati area, I came to the decision of Robinson relocations for 2 reasons. Brian and Team were amazing! I moved a one bedroom apartment from Cincinnati, OH to Dallas, TX. Their pricing was competitive and I had the peace of mind of having an exact date my stuff would arrive in Texas. Long distance moves with logistics companies will give you a three week range which can be very stressful. They wrapped every piece of furniture and not one thing arrived with damage. If they would come down to Texas to move me again if needed I would hire them in a heartbeat.

I hired Robinson Relocations to move a high-end dining room set which included a sideboard that was extremely heavy as it was solid hardwood and the top was solid marble. The sideboard especially needed special handling. I purchased the set used from a person who was moving. I was able to share photographs with Brian, the owner, so that he knew exactly what they would be moving. I was traveling to Cincinnati with a moving van to pick up the set, and Robinson Relocations were to load the dining room set into the van. Brian called me the morning of the move to confirm that they were leaving their warehouse and would arrive timely.Although I was perhaps 15 minutes late to the site, Brian and his associate were on time and got to work without me, preparing the furniture for loading. For example, they removed the legs from the dining room table. When I arrived, they guided me to park where they wanted the van for loading. They got right to work wrapping all pieces of the furniture with the furniture blankets I brought and loading everything into the van. I was AMAZED at the way they carefully wrapped everything and skillfully placed each piece with a precise plan inside the van for transport. They even tied the load down, using our straps, after they had finished loading. To move the sideboard, they used special "moving" shoulder straps to pick up and carry the sideboard down a couple sets of stairs to get it out of the house and down to the moving van at street level. We knew how heavy that sideboard piece was, and they made it look effortless. They wasted no time and completed the whole task in less than one hour. Robinson Relocations has all of the insurances that a person wants when hiring a moving company. Especially important to me is that it has workers' compensation insurance. The movers were very knowledgeable, experienced, competent, able, and professional. I was so very pleased that I have hired them again. I highly recommend them for your move.

Brian and crew of Robinson Relocations showed up on time, were professional, and were prepared for the job at hand. Our vending machine, which is very delicate due to computer electronics, was wrapped with blankets and tape and secured tightly in the van for moving.Upon arrival at new location, it was a tight fit but Brian and crew got it done with no issues whatsoever.I would highly recommend Robinson Relocations to anyone looking for a smooth and stress free move and I know we'll be calling on them in the future.

Some of the items were extremely heavy and cumbersome (Restoration Hardware 10' sofa, chairs and coffee table) and the guys handled it all cheerfully and very professionally. Had a very small in-house job, moving up a couple of large pieces of furniture from our basement to our garage. Other companies had a "2-hour minimum," but Robinson Relocations was willing to do a reasonable flat fee. They were extremely timely and communicative. My job was so easy they offered to move a couple other pieces for no charge, and did a FANTASTIC job being careful not to scuff my walls or damage the pieces. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Robinson Relocation is by far the best in the biz, we had a cancellation at the last minute and Robinson Relocation mobilized with a sense of urgency and worked all day to make the move less stress free. Robinson relocations was the most professional moving company I've ever used. They were on time, prepared and extremely courteous. They knew exactly what to do without even asking them. And their prices are very competitive. I will definitely be using them for any future moves or junk removal. Robinson Relocations is bar none above the best! I have moved many times and they were by far the best. They were kind, prompt, professional, super organized and efficient. I was dealing with a contentious divorce and only moving half of the home into storage. They were willing to work with me and were able to take on the job with ease! They went the extra mile. They throughly explained every step of the process and what to expect. I am storing all my furniture with them until we find our next home. Bryan and ALL his guys rock! They were very friendly and even put up with my 3 year old and Yorkie following around the house. They made time to check in and make sure I was satisfied. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make a very difficult move easy. They packed, moved and stored my large home. Their prices were competitive. This was the easiest move I have ever had! I recommend them 100% I will be telling everyone about them! Great work!

I used Robinson Relocations twice now both for local apartment moves and both times they came through like superstars. Very fast, efficient, courteous and good communication. Price can't be beat, very easy to work with and scheduling was made very easy. The movers were very polite, asked directions, listened and got things done in a timely manner. Couldn't of asked for my moves to go any smoother than they did. Highly recommend these guys!!

If you're moving I highly recommend Robinson Relocations. The entire team was very professional and responsive. What we thought was going to be a one day move turned into a two day move and they were wonderful about it. Hopefully, I will not be moving again in my lifetime but if I do, I will definitely use Robinson Relocations again.

My mother was moving for the first time in 30 years and she had a LOT of stuff. Brian was super helpful throughout even in the busy COVID-19 homebuying market. They were able to send additional people to pack with only a few days notice, and when the closing was unexpectedly delayed, worked with us to change the date. They were very careful with all of my mother's older furniture (lots of wood and glass things). Guys were always polite and on time. Moving that much stuff is not cheap but Brian was always very honest and up front about pricing and estimated timeline with no hidden fees etc. My mother is 70 so I also appreciated the fact that they wore facemasks - when I called another national moving company that was not the case!
