I’ve moved 9 times in the last 6 years and have used a variety of different companies over that time. Nobody has come close to the level of service and diligence as Robinson, especially for the price! I will never use any other moving company again and cannot recommend them enough. We were very pleased with Andy & James R. They showed up on time, were friendly & very efficient. They worked hard to get everything done in a timely manner, while still being careful with our things. They even had to take some extra time to disassemble a large L shaped desk; but we were still under estimated price. Everything was moved safely without any damages. Highly recommend!

I received a flier in the mail from Robinson Relocations and gave them a call to get information about moving from our existing house to our new condo. I called a couple of companies to get a quote and was most satisfied with the professionalism from Robinson Relocations. Talking to Brian on the phone he had me give him an exact inventory of items to be moved and provided me a quote from that. I accepted their quote and set up a move in date. When Andy and Steve showed up on move in date in their newer and very clean truck, I knew I had made the correct choice. Upon arrival, Andy and Steve went quickly to work and did not stop until they had everything loaded on the truck. But what impressed me even more was the care they took to wrap and secure our furniture before they carefully loaded it on the truck. Once they arrived at our condo they went straight to work. We had one flight of stairs to go up and they carried everything up and placed all the items where I requested. The new condo was just painted and had all new flooring put in and they showed care in moving everything. And again, they didn’t stop until everything was moved. We needed a moving company for a local move. Did not know anything about Robinson Relocations except for the positive reviews. We gave them a try and from start to finish it was an excellent experience! Everyone was courteous, professional and upfront with what to expect. The quote was very affordable. When Andy and James W. showed up the day of the move we didn’t know what to expect. They were in time with a beautiful looking, useful truck. They courteously identified themselves and and told us how the move would go. We did a quick inventory of the house and then they got to work. We were so impressed with the skill and professionalism they displayed. They were very careful with all items from the old house to the new house. I couldn’t believe how quick and efficient they were…that’s hard, heavy work! Robinson Relocations was used to move some family heirlooms from Cincinnati to my home in Indiana (2 hours away). Chris, the foreman, was incredibly conscious of the sentimental value of these items. All five furniture items were packed with care and precision into a clean van and arrived safely and securely. Used Robinson Relocations to move in October of 2023. They were responsive and the quote for the move was reasonable and exactly right. (I reached out to two competitors: one was a similar quote, one more expensive). The day of they had everything they needed and more for the move. First review: These guys were awesome. Big thanks first of all to Jared for following up with me about the amount of stuff I needed to move so we were able to determine the number of movers to send and make the job go smoothly. They were nice and upfront with costs when I reached out for an estimate and were ready to answer my questions. On the day of, these guys all showed up ready to work, were very friendly, and had great attitudes. They didn't waste time and were quick without sacrificing care for my stuff. Recommend them 100% and will be keeping them in mind if and when I look to move again.Second review: I used these guys again for a long distance move from Cincinnati to Georgia and they were once again a great company to work with. They were professional, on time, polite, and careful. I even asked them to teach me how to deal with a rachet tie-down (which they obliged genuinely). Robinsons performed my interstate relocation from Oh to SC. I obtained 3 quotes for the 650 mile full house move and Robinsons was the lowest quote (although at least one other was close in price). The lowest price was not why I selected Robinsons. Robinsons is a local family run full service moving company. From the start I felt very comfortable with Jared who conducted the inventory and total move estimate. The quote was fixed price and Jared worked with me to cut some costs on my needed pack out services. Jared was responsive in communications from start to finish of the move. The final cost came under the initial estimate with all agreed charges. They are honest, capable and are in business for the long haul. I highly recommend them for any local or interstate move.

My experience with Robinson Relocation was truly fantastic. Moving is my least favorite thing to do and they made it an absolute breeze. I own a lot of art, which is why I reached out to them initially, and I’m so glad I did. They packed me up with incredible care and moved the contents of my home to another state. We used Robinson Relocations for a cross town move in Cincinnati. Prior to moving day, I provided an extensive inventory through their website, and included 60 boxes to be moved. I was quoted three men, one truck, and 9 hours of time. Come moving day, the three movers showed up in truck and began loading. They were very kind and made me feel like my move was going to be handled with the utmost care. However, they loaded furniture, and 5 totes into the truck and closed it up to take it to the new house. Upon unloading the truck they put items in their appropriate places, said nothing about the rest of the items at the original house that needed to be moved, and left after 4 hours. I appreciate that as we did not use the full time, I was not charged the full estimated price, however I was and am very frustrated that I paid a significant amount, only to have half of my things moved. My family and I then spent the entirety of the weekend making trips to and from the old house to the new one, finally renting a uhaul and finishing the move ourselves. The worst part of all of this is that when going through the pile of items they stacked in our basement, we discovered that they had broken a piece of furniture and hidden it in a corner of the basement underneath several things. Now I am fairly reasonable and I understand that it is inevitable for something to break during a move. The fact that it is broken is no issue, my issue comes from the fact that it was swept into a corner, and hidden from us for us to find out at a later date. On top of all of that, I reached out to the company via their customer service email, explaining to them what happened, not asking of any money returned, but honestly to even get an apology and I have received no answer at all. If it were not for these last couple things, I probably would’ve recommended the company to other people I know that are moving, but I would not want my experience to be someone else’s.

From the beginning of getting an estimate to the final move-in, the process went very smoothly. Jared, one of the owners checked in several times during the moving process. Chris and his crew, Andy, Steve and Mike arrived exactly on time and starting moving items out of the house. All of the guys were very nice, courteous and professional. They did a great job in record time. Chris made the trek from OH to PA and arrived at my new home when he promised. He used a local crew who were very nice and efficient as well. They were also done extremely quickly and safely. If I ever move again I would call Robinson. My friend who was helping me is considering a long distance and she will call Robinson.

Mike and Steve did a really great job with my move from an apartment to a house. They wrapped everything well, carried it down and up stairs on both ends of the move, and were very friendly and helpful. They helped to unhook my washer and dryer and also disassembled and reassembled my bed. The whole move took only 3 hours and the total came in lower than initially quoted. Definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful move yesterday - a local move of about 20 mins from one area of Cincinnati to another. (One 3 storey house to another 3 storey house). I had been very worried because of the snowy conditions but everything went so well. Andy, Mike, and Shamone were fast and efficient - we were done on time even with the dreadful weather, and for every problem they had (fridge too wide for the stairs, slippery driveway, etc) they had a solution (took the door off the fridge, shoveled the snow from the driveway, etc) and they didn’t need to ask us anything at all. They went above and beyond for us with no fuss. Thank you very, very much. I would use Robinson Relocations again and again.

My wife and I were moving from OH to LA and needed long distance movers. The quotes I got from movers were all over the place in price as well as all over the place when it came to an “unload” date. One company was cheaper but couldn’t guarantee a delivery date which meant we’d be living in a house with no items for possibly a week or longer. Jared and his team came to the house, gave me a very fair estimate for the move and guaranteed a next day unload after pickup. Needless to say, he’s a man of his word. Yesterday morning his team was at the house to pick up our possessions, packaged our furniture and fragile items securely and were on the road. Today, 12/2 when we woke up at 7AM for the first time in our new house in LA within a few minutes the Robinson Relocations truck was out front and ready to unload our stuff. Had a great experience moving with this company. I started the quote online at 8or9pm on a Saturday night and received a call to confirm the details of the quote before I’d even finished the estimate. Unfortunately I don’t have the name of the guy that I spoke with that night but he was very upfront about quote expectations and willing to answer any questions I had to make sure that the quote was as close to the final cost as possible (it ended up being a little cheaper than the original quote). The moving team (Shamont, Steven, Charles) was friendly, professional and moved with urgency despite moving from a 3rd floor apartment. Great value for the price paid and would highly recommend and definitely use them again!

*Update: I moved back to Ohio from Florida and I used their Tampa services again. I tried to leave another review but was unable to. I would give them a million stars if I could. Brian and his team in Tampa are so awesome. They moved all my things safely, efficiently, timely, and towed my car also. They kept constant communication and made the move back to Ohio as easy as possible. It was one less thing I had to stress about because I knew they would get the job done! We just wanted to share our experience with Robinson Relocations. We hired them to move us from Cincinnati to South Carolina. They came out and surveyed what needed moved and we met with Jared one of the owners. He was very friendly, easy to speak with and addressed all our questions and concerns. He provided a fixed price quite which was more competitive than any of the other four we called and his team cared for our items like they were their own.The move was great, stress free and their team professional. I recently moved from Cincinnati to North Carolina. Robinson Relocations was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Jared was very responsive and professional from my very first call to the company. On moving day, the crew was on time, extremely hard working, and careful with my belongings. The quote was better than those I received from larger moving companies, AND Robinson was able to deliver the next morning not 7-10 days later. There were no surprises and no hidden fees. I absolutely recommend the company.

Our recent move with Robinson Relocations was among the best moving experiences we've had. The crew was professional, efficient, and courteous to a fault. Every promise was kept. Our goods were loaded -- at our home and with a stop at a rented storage facility -- and unloaded without problems or any damage. We definitely would call Robinson Relocations if we needed moving services again.

The three gentlemen that came to our house to move us were very nice. Unfortunately a number of my items were damaged or broken. My queen Ann chair; sidebar was completely broke/ busted off. No one told me this! Items that I had paid to have moved were not. The bill was double what I had been quoted.What they charged seemed to be more in line with what I thought the price would’ve been. But it was not a pleasant surprise. I will not be recommending them.

After shopping around for several moving companies in the Cincinnati area, I came to the decision of Robinson relocations for 2 reasons. The professionalism and trust they ensured me felt top notch compared to other companies and their rates were very competitive. Man, was I right with my decision! They delivered on everything. They were above and beyond and made a 2800 mile move across country to San Jose, CA go absolutely seamless. The time frames they gave were accurate. The communication was there and not one person gave the impression that they didn’t care. I was very pleased and glad I got my whole home across country safely and at a effective price point.Thank you to the owners Brian and Jared and all the movers that worked hard on getting me across country. I called for assistance like now, and was given a reasonable qoute. Even with this last minute request, they guys took care of my move. They told me the time they would arrive and they came at the scheduled time. They were very professional and efficient. Unlike previous movers I used, who treated my things with total disregard. I would definitely recommend and use Robinson Relocations, again.

Brian and Team were amazing! I moved a one bedroom apartment from Cincinnati, OH to Dallas, TX. Their pricing was competitive and I had the peace of mind of having an exact date my stuff would arrive in Texas. Long distance moves with logistics companies will give you a three week range which can be very stressful. They wrapped every piece of furniture and not one thing arrived with damage. If they would come down to Texas to move me again if needed I would hire them in a heartbeat.

I live on the third floor of an old building. No elevator, narrow staircases. These guys got my entire sectional up there in less than an hour, no dings or scratches. Extremely fair and professional. Showed up on time, and were in and out. 10/10 will call for my next move.

I was able to book and appointment with only a few days notice. Everyone working for the company was super friendly and professional. The actual move was much faster than the quoted time. The workers were quick, courteous, and very careful with my furniture. Where other moving companies didn’t even reach out to schedule an appointment with me, I was able to book and complete a move within the two days. Highly recommend and would absolutely use again. I hired Robinson Relocations to move a high-end dining room set which included a sideboard that was extremely heavy as it was solid hardwood and the top was solid marble. The sideboard especially needed special handling. I purchased the set used from a person who was moving. I was able to share photographs with Brian, the owner, so that he knew exactly what they would be moving. I was traveling to Cincinnati with a moving van to pick up the set, and Robinson Relocations were to load the dining room set into the van. Brian called me the morning of the move to confirm that they were leaving their warehouse and would arrive timely.Although I was perhaps 15 minutes late to the site, Brian and his associate were on time and got to work without me, preparing the furniture for loading. For example, they removed the legs from the dining room table. When I arrived, they guided me to park where they wanted the van for loading. They got right to work wrapping all pieces of the furniture with the furniture blankets I brought and loading everything into the van. I was AMAZED at the way they carefully wrapped everything and skillfully placed each piece with a precise plan inside the van for transport. They even tied the load down, using our straps, after they had finished loading. To move the sideboard, they used special "moving" shoulder straps to pick up and carry the sideboard down a couple sets of stairs to get it out of the house and down to the moving van at street level. We knew how heavy that sideboard piece was, and they made it look effortless. They wasted no time and completed the whole task in less than one hour. Robinson Relocations has all of the insurances that a person wants when hiring a moving company. Especially important to me is that it has workers' compensation insurance. The movers were very knowledgeable, experienced, competent, able, and professional. I was so very pleased that I have hired them again. I highly recommend them for your move.

I was able to book Robinson Relocations two days before my move because the owner of the moving company came down with COVID. When I explained my situation, Brian Robinson came to my rescue! I would highly recommend this moving company. His workers did a very good job and didn't take a single break!

Brian and crew of Robinson Relocations showed up on time, were professional, and were prepared for the job at hand. Our vending machine, which is very delicate due to computer electronics, was wrapped with blankets and tape and secured tightly in the van for moving.Upon arrival at new location, it was a tight fit but Brian and crew got it done with no issues whatsoever.I would highly recommend Robinson Relocations to anyone looking for a smooth and stress free move and I know we'll be calling on them in the future.
